Session Times and Charges
Hours of Opening
Monday to Friday
Morning Session: 9.00 – 12.00.
Afternoon Session: 12.00 – 15.00
Lunch Club 12.00 – 1.00. (parents to provide packed lunch)
Session Fees
Fees will be payable in accordance with the rates in force at the time. All fees are payable in advance. Any changes to current rates will be advised in writing, at least one month in advance.
Registration fee: £5.00 per child payable before or on your child’s first day
Morning session: 09.00 – 12.00 – £10.00
Lunch Club session: 12.00 – 13.00 – £3.35
Afternoon Session: 12.00 – 15.00 – £10.00
There will be an annual price review happening January 2012.
Children are offered two or three sessions per week initially, which can be increased to the full five sessions once they have settled, providing adequate places are available.
Funding
15 hours per week flexible government funding is available for all 3 and 4 years olds. You can spread your child’s 15 free hours over 3, 4 or 5 days and can include lunch clubs and/or
afternoon sessions.
Childcare Vouchers
We are able to accept payment through childcare vouchers which some employers issue to their employees in part payment of their salary providing childcare payment which is exempt of Tax and National Insurance. You will need to confirm with your employer whether these are available to you and, if so, your employer will provide you with the information that you need. We currently accept Busy Bees and Accor Services but we are happy to register with any other company as necessary.
